It came to my attention from reading an article in the Northern Daily Leader that Tamworth’s CCMA was in trouble.
Due to many years that the previous CCMA committee served, no-one was prepared to be re-elected, so a number of people got together for the ‘last ditch effort’ meeting held by the Capital Country Music Association and as a result a new committee has been elected.
I am pleased to announce that I have been elected President and we now have a very strong, new committee of artists and specialists with over 200 years of combined music/business experience.
We look forward to continuing the success of the past 45 years and look forward to reinvigorating the “Capital Country Music Association”.
